Sprout & Shine offers center-based ABA delivered with a 1:1 RBT-to-student ratio and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Half-day and full-day options. 15–35 hours weekly. 5-day schedule.

Our early childhood program combines intensive 1:1 teaching, group and social learning, and play-based therapy in a bright and stimulating classroom — with the family always at the center.

A dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) paired with each child, in an enriching, sensory-friendly environment.

Up to 35 hours per week. Flexible scheduling — morning, afternoon, or full-day sessions available.

Highly Trained RBTs & BCBA Oversight

All services delivered by qualified RBTs with on-site supervision and program design by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Learning happens through play, songs, snack time, and the everyday moments kids love. It looks more like preschool than therapy.

A purpose-built indoor space for climbing, running, balance, and movement — daily, not optional.

Same arrival, same circle, same closing — every day. Predictability lowers anxiety and frees children to focus on learning.

Arrival & Soft Start

A warm greeting, calming activities, and a preview of the day on a visual schedule.

9:00 AM

Morning Circle

Hello song, weather, calendar, and peer greeting — building joint attention and group skills.

9:15 AM

1:1 Learning Block

Naturalistic teaching with the child's dedicated RBT — communication and play goals lead.

10:30 AM

Play & Social

Parallel and peer play — sharing, turn-taking, and making friends in small groups.

11:00 AM

Gross Motor & Outdoor

Climbing, balls, bikes — physical development and sensory regulation, every day.

1:15 PM

Centers & Closing Circle

Art, music, sensory activities, then goodbye songs — and one "small win" to share with grown-ups at home.

We organize children into two developmental groupings — but children move fluidly based on their readiness, not just their age.
